KCK students graduate from Park University

Several Wyandotte County students graduated in December from Park University, Parkville, Missouri.

Park’s December commencement ceremony was held Dec. 14 at the Community of Christ Auditorium in Independence, Missouri. There were 470 students eligible to participate in the ceremony, including 259 who received a master’s degree or graduate certificate, and 211 who received a bachelor’s degree, associate degree or undergraduate certificate.

Park, founded in 1875 in Parkville, Missouri, is a nonprofit private institution. It has 16,172 students at 42 campuses in 22 states and online. Campuses include Parkville, Independence, Kansas City, Missouri, Lenexa, Kansas, Gilbert, Arizona, Barstow and Victorville, California, Austin and El Paso, Texas, and 33 military installations.
