Two hundred twenty-five persons were tested for COVID-19 on Saturday during a screening at Mercy and Truth Medical Missions, 721 N. 31st St., Kansas City, Kansas. The free tests were supplied by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. In addition, 250 people received free food boxes. Cleaning supplies also were given away. Twelve National Guard medics assisted with the testing. In addition, translators for five languages were present. The line of cars was more than 100 long.
