The University of Kansas has announced candidates for degrees from Wyandotte County this spring. The Wyandotte County graduates will be among nearly 4,800 total degree candidates at KU this spring. Nominations for youth ages 6 to 18 will be accepted until March 14 at kohskids.com. Parents, teachers, neighbors or friends may nominate outstanding students who help others. Two from each store will win a $50 Kohl’s gift card. Nearly 200 will win regional scholarships worth $1,000 toward higher education.
