Police have identified the victim of a fatal accident at 9:19 p.m. March 29 in the 4400 block of Victory Drive. The victim was identified as Joseph Smith, age 33, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a Kansas City, Kansas Police Department spokesman. He was driving a pickup truck.
